Pros and Cons of Several Browsers

Pro's and Con's of 5 different web browsers

Google Chrome:

Pro's: 1. The startup speed of google chrome is very fast
2. The pages open up very fast
3. It has a built in search engine in the URL bar
4. It has a cool homepage that shows you you're most visited pages
5. Built in bookmark and history sync
6. Built in application shortcuts
7. It doesn't crash very often

Con's:
  1. Chrome does not have alot of add-ons like firefox
2. There is alot of memory usage
3. There is barely any buttons like file, edit, view, bookmarks, tools etc


Opera:

Pro's:
  1. It has a nice look to it
2. Easy to use
3. It has the option of Opera Turbo which speeds it up if you are using a slow network
4. It has Widgets
5. If you accidentaly close a tab you can recover it by going to closed tabs.

Con's : 1. It seems slower compared to the other browsers
           2. opera does not have automatic updates so you have to manually get them and if you dont it will      impact your browsing speeds.





Internet Explorer:

Pros: 1. An RSS feed on your favorites bar will indicate to you any updated content on sites that you put in your favorites.
                         2. Already in your computer when you buy it
                         3. Most common browser
                         4. If it crashes, you can recover your tabs


                Cons: 1. Its slow
                          2. It stops working
                          3. Slower start up speed






                Firefox: 
pros:  1. fast speeds
         2. internet security
         3. Tabbed browsing
         4. if you accidentally turn off your computer firefox will remember which internet pages you had open and offer to get them back to you
         5. lots of add-ons and themes for customization.


cons: 1. some websites will not show up properly on firefox due to compatability issues
         2. It requires alot of memory to run 
         3. It tends to freeze
         4. If a download is interrupted, you will have to restart your download.




Safari:
          Pros: 1. speed is good
                   2. you can import bookmarks
                                   3. you can drag tabs into new windows
                                   4. you can drag links into new tabs
                                   5. it has highlighted textarea/input


                          Cons: 1. dragging bookmarks into new tabs deletes them
                                    2. close button is on left side
                                    3. no status bar at bottom
                                    4. no integration of plugins


Overall i think that google chrome is the best
